1. Q: What do you mean by "claws out" or "claws in"?

A: Basically setup is "claws out" because users in Korea usually prefer.
But you can change the direction of claws with DIY kit(you should have long nose pliers though).
And thanks to many holes in case wall you can position the claws even up and downside the devices(any direction is possible!!).

DIY is very available

 

2. Q: How do you use the clips/how do you get the clips to stay secure in the hair?

A: Very easy.

Simply grab some hair by clips and see if the clips grab hair tight.

3. Q: How long will the cases last?

A: How long? I guess you can use our product until broke-out or feel tired of them.
Yes, I chose the silicone as main material for long term use!!

 

4. Q: Does the owner of the this company have a cochlear implant?

A: No. Our son got a cochlear implant surgery in early 2019.
I should've thought to develop them before or around the day.
That's my regret.

 

5. Q: What are the cases made of?  Are they heavy?

A: As I said main material is silicone rubber, very durable and flexible.
The weight is about 0.02 lb per piece, very light.
Don't worry about the function.
The cases will grab tight enough to hold the position all day long.

 

6. Q: Do you ship outside the Republic of Korea?

A: Yes. Shipping is available about 20 countries.

*K-Packet(ePost.go.kr, this is run by Korea Post)
This is the cheapest but quite reliable delivery service from Korea Post.


EMS is also available but the fee is about 2 times expensive than K-Packet.​

You will get an email with a tracking number so you can track your package. 
If you would like to use a different mailing service such as UPS or DHL, please send us an email. We will work out the details. 

7. Q: Do you ever have sales promotion?

A: So far no plan, as I said our product lasts long enough until you upgrade your devices. I don't think second purchase will occur from existing users.
So some people said I will be less-earning-money business man (:- )

 

8. Q: How did I decided to develop these products?

A: Most issue with parents is how to stay the devices steady for their lovely children, and so we are.
The needs took me to this field.


9. 
Q: Can I share your information with other people?

A: YES!  We are very pleased for customers who are willing to share out product benefit. We can provide free demo cases to audiology clinics to show to patients who are considering an off-ear processor and may be on the fence because of concerns about retention.

10. Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, you can return the order for a full refund, as long as the product is not damaged and is returned in like-new condition within 30 days of delivery.

Occasionally, the cases break. Like most cochlear implant accessories, they wear out and will need to be replaced. We do not claim that the cases are going to last forever, but we are sure that you will use the cases very long.

11. Q: Do you have any other colors?  Can I color the case myself?

A: We have some color variation for some products, not for all.

It may be available more later.

​12Q: Do you have anything for waterproofing and/or retention solutions to use with the AquaKit® ?

A: For cases Rondo 2 users can utilize the case with Rondo 2 waterproof kit.
That's one of our Rondo 2 case's benefit!
On the other hand I saw Kanso 2 users are using Rondo 2 waterproof kit with the case.
There's a bit empty space in the waterproof kit but it worked very well!!

 

Even if the case and waterproof kit work you should additional retention resolution ​such as swimming cap or headband.
Our valuable CI must be safe from loss.

 

13. Why only pair of cases available to buy?

A: Shipping fee is rather expensive because this is an international order.

Keep a piece of case as a spare in case of lost.
